Poster Session

Poster sessions are scheduled on the first two days, immediately after lunch (13h30 to 15h00), where up to 20 organisations each day can have their own stands to present their work and ideas. These sessions will not conflict with any other programmed activity, so all conference participants would be free to browse and discuss with poster presenters, as one means for promoting better networking and information exchange.

The Steering Group invites participants to submit proposals for poster sessions on the following themes: 

  • Monday 3 October (13h30 to 15h00) Family support and prevention
  • Tuesday 4 October (13h30 to 15h00) Implementing quality alternative care
