Themes

The conference will be organised according to one main theme each day:  

• Family support and prevention
• Gatekeeping 
• Quality of care and suitability

Under each theme, a number of sub-themes have been identified as requiring special attention. These will be addressed both by keynote speakers , who will present their vision of alternative care and the implications and challenges of adhering to the Guidelines, as well as by practitioners who will provide concrete examples of what has been achieved and what problems have had to be tackled.
